1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the INVESAX website, account, platform, investment interface, payment services and related features.

By registering for an account, accessing the platform or using any INVESAX service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

2. About the INVESAX Platform

INVESAX provides a digital platform through which users can view available instruments, manage funds, place buy and sell orders, monitor holdings and access related financial information.

Instruments available on the platform may be simulated or platform-managed. Their names, tickers, prices and market information are provided for use within the INVESAX platform and should not automatically be interpreted as evidence of direct ownership of securities in an external company.

Where an instrument is specifically identified as real, additional terms, disclosures or eligibility requirements may apply.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an INVESAX account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.

You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or intentionally provide misleading information.

INVESAX may require identity or other verification information before allowing certain account functions, including withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Account Funds

Available deposit methods are displayed on the platform and may include M-Pesa and bank transfer, depending on your account and location.

Deposits must originate from legitimate sources and must be made using the information provided by INVESAX.

Bank deposits may require manual verification before funds are credited to your account.

INVESAX may delay, reject or reverse a transaction where a payment cannot be verified or appears inconsistent with the information submitted.

5. Buying and Selling Instruments

Users may place buy and sell orders for instruments made available on the platform, subject to account status, available funds, market availability and INVESAX platform rules.

An order is not necessarily completed merely because it has been submitted. Orders may remain pending, be executed, rejected, cancelled or otherwise processed according to the platform's operating rules.

Prices displayed on INVESAX may change over time. Past price movements do not guarantee future performance.

6. Withdrawals

Eligible users may request withdrawals from their available balance using supported withdrawal methods.

Withdrawal requests may be reviewed and processed manually or electronically depending on the withdrawal method available at the time.

INVESAX may require verification before processing a withdrawal. A withdrawal request may also be rejected where account information is incomplete, inaccurate or requires further review.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, the requested amount may be reserved from your available balance until the request is completed or rejected.

7. Fees and Charges

Applicable fees may include transaction, deposit or withdrawal charges.

Where applicable, fees will be displayed or otherwise communicated before the relevant transaction is completed.

INVESAX may change its fee structure in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

8. Risk Disclosure

Financial markets and investment-related activities involve risk. The value of an instrument may increase or decrease, and losses may occur.

You should not commit funds that you cannot afford to lose. Information displayed on the platform is not a guarantee of future results.

Nothing on the INVESAX platform should be interpreted as a promise of guaranteed returns or guaranteed profits.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not use INVESAX to:

• � Access another person's account without authorization.
• � Attempt to manipulate, disrupt or compromise the platform.
• � Use the platform for unlawful financial activity.
• � Attempt to circumvent verification, security or transaction controls.

10. Account Suspension or Closure

INVESAX may restrict, suspend or close an account where there is suspected fraud, misuse, violation of these terms, security concerns, verification issues or where required by applicable law.

Where appropriate, users may be contacted regarding the reason for a restriction and any steps required to resolve the issue.

11. Platform Availability and Liability

INVESAX aims to maintain reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, network failures, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, INVESAX is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to protect their account credentials.

12. Changes to These Terms

INVESAX may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, services, legal requirements or operating procedures.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Where applicable, disputes shall be handled by the courts or other legally authorized bodies having appropriate jurisdiction.
